I am delighted to be working with second graders at Placentino School. I
believe children at this age are inquisitive and enthusiastic about learning
and should love coming to school. My goal is to help them develop
competence, independence, and confidence as learners.
I have been a teacher in the Holliston Public Schools for approximately
twenty years. I have a Master's Degree in Reading Education from the
University of Rhode Island and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership
from Framingham State College. I have three children of my own who have
been students in the Holliston Public Schools and are now working and
learning in the Boston area.
