Dear Musicians:
Welcome to a new and exciting year at the Robert Adams Middle School! I want to congratulate you
on making the decision to become a part of the RAMS Chorus. I believe and hope this will be an
incredible experience for you. My goal as your chorus teacher is to help you always do your best at
making music, and my hope is that music will affect many different areas of your life, not just your
time here in this classroom. I believe that all of you have the potential to be incredible musicians, and
I want to help you achieve that. I take music very seriously, and I expect students to follow through
with their commitments as you learn to cooperate, share, help others, lead, and follow. Each one of
you has a very important role as a part of our chorus program, so please commit to do the following:
• Participate in a productive manner EVERYDAY
• Keep a positive attitude inside and outside of class
• Keep punctual attendance in school
• Keep your parents informed of performances and music activities
