What is the Hollliston High School Parent Group?

-High school parents, representing all grades, who provide resources to 
enrich educational opportunities and non-athletic extracurricular activities
at the high school
HHSPG rovides: 1)several scholarships to graduating seniors, 2)supports a
Teacher Grant Program, and 3)supports student clubs and activities
HHSPG meets to discuss events, activities and concerns at the high school
and facilitates communication with individual class advisors and parents.

How are funds raised?

Basically, 2 ways:
1) Annual membership drive - $10 dues for each family
2) Holiday Tree Sale in December. We need lots of volunteers for this.

When are meetings?

Monthly, generally the 3rd Tuesday, HHS Library, 7:00pm.  See Meeting 
schedule posted under "Meeting Dates".

Why are HHSPG Senior Scholarships so unique?

HHSPG scholarships are unique because the selection process is by random 
drawing. There are 2 ways to qualify for the random drawings: 1) pay annual
membership dues and 2) work at the Holiday Tree Sale (each shift worked
equals another chance to win!).
Eligible students needs to complete and submit an HHSPG Application for
Scholarship which will be available in the Guidance Office during the Spring.
