·        Classroom Policies:

1.       Arrive to class on time.

2.     The bell does not dismiss you, the teacher does.

3.     Start the given assignment when you arrive to class.

4.     Have completed homework out on desk.

5.     Respect others, and they will respect you!

 

·        Materials needed everyday: 

1.       Book – covered ( no contact paper)

2.     Binder – one inch binder with loose-leaf paper

3.     Pencils

4.     Completed homework

5.     Calculator

6.     Pleasure reading book

 

·        Homework:

1.       Homework is given almost every night.

2.     Must be done in pencil only.

3.     Your name, date, section, and assignment must be written on the top of each paper.

4.     NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR LATE HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS.

5.     You must show the original problem and all work to receive full credit.   Incomplete credit may be given at the discretion of the teacher.

6.     Each tem you start off with a “100” grade.  5 points will be deducted for each assignment not done.

 

·        Grading:

1.       Tests, quizzes, projects, binder check, collected homework, and daily homework will determine your grade for each term.

2.     Extra credit is given out once a term.  It is the responsibility of the student to get an extra credit worksheet and turn in by the due date.  All points will be awarded onto your homework grade (test).

 

·        Extra help:

1.    After school help will be on Mondays & Tuesdays.

2.    By appointment during S.A.T. periods – if available
