Massachusetts Children's Book Awards - Grade 5 is participating - Students who choose to participtate will read five of the twenty five books that are nominated from the MCBA list.
Students will write a brief summary for each book they read and then they will be eligible to cast a ballot for the book they like best. The ballots will be sent to Salem State College
where the program is overseen and the best book winner will be announced in April 2010.
