Dear
Families,
Ms.
Dwyer and students in Room 183 would like to invite your family to come and
share a presentation regarding a family tradition or special holiday that you
celebrate. Themes may also include
friendship, diversity, trust, manners, respect, team, work, being green, peace
and health/nutrition.
Additionally, families are welcome to read a book, do a small
project/activity or a simple demonstration. We welcome all interesting topics that may help teach our
students a different way to experience their everyday world. Please
remember that Fiske has a no food policy, so please do not bring in any snacks
as part of the presentation!
These
activities will take place on Mondays from 2:00-2:40 pm. We can accommodate two families per
time frame, each for 20-minute presentations.
