General Information

Welcome to Biology -  the study of living things and their environment! This year you will explore some basic chemistry, cell biology, genetics, evolution, biological diversity, taxonomy, botany, zoology (including human biology) and you'll be applying the scientific method and developing your research skills along the way.

You will want to use this website to keep up with homework assignments and for links to important resources on the web. Please keep in mind, however, that in-class instructions regarding assignments take precedence over those listed here, in case of any discrepancy.

Science Skills Center - Science Skills is a program to provide extra support to any students who need more help with their science class than they are getting in their regular class.  Of course, students are encouraged to seek help from their instructors first but additional help is available during the day in Room 301.  Download the schedule (below) and choose a block when a biology teacher is scheduled to be there.  See me if you have any other questions.
