Dear Parents,
Due to the storm that is predicted for Friday Mr. Gugino's last day will be tomorrow, December 18.
We decided it is best for him to head home to Connecticut for the holidays before the driving is
dangerous. I just wanted to let you know.
I have changed our celebration to tomorrow. We will present our gifts. The student's letters came
out so nice. I glued each child's picture on his/her letter, laminated them, and then bound them in
a book. He will love it! This will be a treasure for years to come. Thank you also for your generous
donations. In addition to a gift certificate, I purchased a tie. We definitely needed to add to his
collection! (Did you know he has worn a different tie to school every day since his first day in
September!)
Joe will be finishing his senior year at Endicott next semester, so he will be just down the road.
He said that he will definitely be visiting us. He is a lacrosse player at Endicott so I told him to
let us know his schedule because it would be fun if the class could catch a game. I am sure the kids
would love it!
