About Mrs. Sheridan:
This is my fifth year at Memorial School as a first grade teacher. Before
teaching here I taught preschool in Brookline and first grade in Topsfield.
I grew up in Connecticut with two brothers, a sister, and a bearded collie
named Webster.
I recieved my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Elmira
college, and my Master's in Elementary Education from Framingham State.
Some of my interests include: reading, going to the beach, and travelling.
I spent two summers teaching in Thailand and have also travelled to Japan,
Cambodia, Brazil, Spain, Engalnd, Ireland and Italy.
I think that first grade is a time to nuture a love of school and learning
in the students. It is my hope that the children in my class will become
independent and eager learners.
