Dear Parents,
Your children are coming home with a packet of various work they did in our Folk Tales and Fairy Tales unit. Some of the work was individual, some was small group work and some was whole class work. We are also in the process of writing our own fairy tale and that will come home after vacation. They have all worked very hard on this unit and I hope you enjoy looking at their work. We are now all reading the Magic Tree House book "Day of the Dragon King". It is a wonderful complement to our study of China. All the China projects are due on Monday and we will spend next week listening to everyone present their project. Our Flat Stanley project is going well with some wonderful pictures and postcards coming from all over the world.
