The following immunizations are the requirements set by the
Massachusetts Department of Public Health for entrance into
school.Except those students with religious exemptions, your child
will be excluded from school if he/she does not meet the state
entrance requirements.

dose of varicella vaccine or a physician-certified reliable history of chicken pox disease
