German 6 has been making Glhwein to stay warm in the cold snap.   Here are the ingredients for 24 cups!

3 Liters Grape Juice, 1 Liter Water, 1 Liter Cranberry Juice, Cinnamon, Cloves, Sugar, 2 Lemons, 2 Oranges

Mix water and juices in a pot and heat slowly.   Stir in a quarter pound of sugar.  

Then add cinnamon til it covers the top of the liquid.   Three pinches of cloves and stir in.   Warm until it steams

Quarter the oranges and lemons and toss them in after 10 minutes.   Stir every few minutes

Repeat cinnamon and cloves then mix well.   Serve hot and sip to make you warm on a cold day!
