| Homework will be given to students regularly. Homework that is passed in
will
be checked for completion. Students will receive full, half, or zero credit
depending on their effort and the quality of their work. Each week, I will
collect one homework assignment to be graded.
Checked and graded homework assignments will count for 20% of your grade.

This week's homework:
3/14 - Students have a quiz on school vocab.
3/18 - Students have a mini quiz on colors and question words.
3/19 - Students should study body vocabulary. We are going to play
"Simon dice..." tomorrow. It's a competition.
4/2 - Students have a quiz on body vocabulary.
4/4 - Students should complete the worksheet practicing verb conjugation.
4/8 - Students should complete a worksheet using tener que and future tense.
4/9 - Students have a mini quiz on the seasons and weather.
4/11 - The final draft of the skit is due.
4/14 - Dress Rehearsal! Lines should be memorized.
4/16 - Final Skit Performance. Lines MUST be memorized.
4/18 - Students have a mini quiz on numbers and the alphabet.
4/29 - Students must complete a worksheet (pages 44 and 45)
4/30 - Students have a mini quiz on the 5 irregular verbs.
(ser, ir, estar, tener, dar)
5/1 - Students must rewrite the animal vocabulary in the form of flashcards
or a 2 column sheet. There are 30 animals.
5/2 - Students have a quiz on the 30 animals.
5/5 - Students must find 5 facts about cinco de mayo.
5/7 - Students have a mini quiz on me gusta, te gusta, nos gusta.
This quiz will include a few questions on cinco de mayo.
5/8 - Students must write sentences using 10 sports vocabulary words.
Students must write at least 5 sentences.
5/20 - Students must creat flashcards or a 2 column sheet on the sports vocab.
5/21 - Students have a quiz on sports vocabulary. There are 30 words.
5/29 - Students must complete a worksheet on regular verb conjugations
and translations.
5/30 - Students have a major test on all the regular verbs and how to
conjugate!
6/5 - Students have a mini quiz on definite and indefinite articles.
6/6 - Students must pass in their textbook. Students must also bring in
the work they have done on their book. I will give students time to
work on this in class.
6/9 - Final project due! A book about yourself. Students should have copy
of the assignment requirements and the rubric. If you lost yours,
please see me!
6/12 - Students have a quiz on food vocabulary.
