Welcome to Graphic Arts!
In Graphic Arts class this term, you will be using the Adobe Illustrator and
Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite 2 software to create your projects. You will be
creating a binder cover, a lyric poster, a piece of abstract art from a
photograph, and a digital cookbook.
All homework assignments will be posted on the homework page as they are
given, so be sure to check it if you are absent or if you forget to bring your
agenda book home.
All project assignments and corresponding rubrics will also be posted as
they are given (on the Project Assignments page). If you lose your rubric,
this is where you will need to go to print out another one.
Final grades are calculated as follows:
Project Assignments: 50%
Quizzes: 20%
Homework: 20%
Participation: 10%
