How can I become a better runner?

It's simple!
Everyone has a certain natural ability.
Some are very fast, some are very slow, some have great endurance for
distance running, and some have little endurance for distance running.
However, everyone can get better!
The ideal combination would be a fast runner with great endurance.
If this is what you want, then you need to practice!
How?
Run every other day consistantly for a few months. (new runners)
(2-3 miles for middle school students)
Each time you run, pick a part of the course and run at a strong fast pace,
then return to a slower pace for the rest of the run.
Gradually increase the distance of the hard running part!
Eventually you can train yourself to run strong and fast for most of the run!
How does this feel?
Exhausting while running, and great after you know you have become a strong,
fast runner!
Try it!
It works!
