My name is Mr. DiStefano, and this is my third year of teaching. Before
coming to MVRCS, I spent two years teaching history at Worcester Academy in
Worcester, MA. I graduated from Gettysburg College in 2005, with a B.A.
Currently, I am working on my Masters of Education at Boston College. I live
in Framingham, MA with my wife and our dog Riley. I love sports, especially
the Red Sox and Patriots. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my
family, playing baseball, skiing, and spending time on the water.
My mission for the class is to prepare my students to be conscientious,
responsible, global learners. I ask my students to work as hard as they
can, and always put your best foot forward. My goal is to show my students
that hard work has rewards. I look forward to watching you grow as
individuals and as a class. I hope my students will seek help when it is
needed, and I will make a point to provide the necessary direction. This is
going to be a year of many successful achievements!
