Mrs. Burke has taught for over twenty-one years in public schools, parochial
schools, and the Mystic Valley Regional Charter School in Malden, MA.
It is the mission for all students to become proficient readers and writers
who take responsibility for their own learning through excellent study skills
and responsible work habits. All students will learn how to conduct research
and paraphrase the information in well-organized reports. Students will be
taught the curriculum outlined by the Massachusetts Frameworks for English
Language Arts and the Core Knowledge Sequence for Grade 7.
