   We're moving into the last few months of school.  This is the time of year that teachers begin to feel happy/sad.  Imagine letting go of your children after 9 months.  In one sense, mothers do that, but in a less physical sense  teachers do that year after year.   Teaching is my second career, so I was astonished to find that I got so attached to children who weren't my "own".  So, as the year heads to the inevitable close, I am happy for their success, but sad that they are leaving.
