teachers and PTO Board to establish and coordinate all enrichment programs
within budget. Help contact 2 or 3 programs. Help set up and greet

KIDS FAIR
TEAM** |
This is our
most exciting, and most lucrative fundraiser of the year. Lots of
volunteers needed especially that day to make this a memorable, profitable
event held early Spring (March) Preparation starts in January.

TEAM** |
Get your
simile on! Coordinator works with vendor, establishes timeline, creates
page layouts, coordinates classroom photographers (one per class) and
proofs page with helps. Class photographers take and collect pictures, and
put together class candids . Great for
persons who love photography and getting creative! |

BOOK FAIR TEAM |
Peaslee’s own version of Borders bookstore!
Committee coordinates and executes the Scholastic Book fair held twice a
year at parent conference time in November and March. |

cost spirit events such as Pumpkin Extravaganza, the Halloween parade,
Peaslee’s participation in the Applefest parade, Red Sox Day, smile day, crazy hair
day, pajama day, etc. Also investigate and help execute miscellaneous
activities that bring Peaslee families / friends
together at no cost Ongoing year round* |

NEW. Help set up for special events,
breakfasts, etc, and organize refreshments when needed. Coordinate gifts

Community Reading Day breakfast, and other occasions requiring hospitality
or gestures of appreciation. Ongoing year round |

and take down art work, manage the front lobby display, put up flyers

CLASSROOM REPRESENTATIVE |
We would
like at least 2 representatives from each class to act as a PTO liaison
and help with classroom based activities. This will help facilitate 2 way
communication between the PTO, families and
teachers and also helps involve more parents! |
