Central Massachusetts departments of public health have seen a recent increase in the number of reported cases of Norovirus, which causes gastroenteritis.
While our school systems in Northborough and Southborough have reported only scattered cases, it is best to be proactive.

Please remember that good hand washing is the best preventative measure. Sanitizer can be used if soap and water is not accessible.
If children are symptomatic, they should remain at home. They may return to school once they are symptom-free for 24 hours. Adults should follow the same rule for the workplace.
