1998 and teaches all the band instruments and conducts the Beginning Band,

The instrumental music program is run on the philosophy that all students
have natural music ability that should be cultivated through the study of a
band instrument. Students learn through lessons, home
practice, and group rehearsals and performances. Students will show
improvement in their music-making ability and their ability to work together
to create music. In a group environment students learn independence,
balance, intonation, and cooperation.
