Homework

                  Please bring in items for the FOOD DRIVE!   See below for 
suggested items!

1.  Reading log- Read for 30 minutes each day!  
                   
2.  Spelling- A. Study for 15 minutes.
              B. Copy the words.
              C. Get the sheet checked and signed.  The test will be on 
Friday.

3.  Math- A.  We have made flash cards in school so that we can study at 
school.  At home, study the 5's and 10's tables with cards you make there.  
There will be a quiz on the 5's and 10's on Friday.

4.  Science- none.
 
5.  Social Studies- none

     *****Veterans' Memorial field trip forms are due signed tomorrow!  The 
visit will be on Thursday!*****

We are running low on disinfecting wipes in the class.  Any donations of 
Clorox disinfecting wipes would be greatly appreciated.

Order forms for a holiday plant sale to support the music program have gone 
home.  Return them as soon as possible.

    

The 5th grade is organizing a canned food drive for Our Neighbors' Table in 
Amesbury.  Donations will be accepted from Nov. 3-19.  Each classroom in all 
grade levels will have boxes for donations.  No glass items are allowed.  
Suggested donations are:
Pasta 
Soup 
Juice boxes/bottles 
Beef Stew 
Canned Vegetables 
Canned Meats 
Cereal/Oatmeal 
Shampoo, Deodorant, Bar Soap 
Diapers & Baby Food 
Adult Depends

   **Wednesday, Nov. 11 is Veterans' Day...which is a no school holiday.**

                   Please Return Any Late Homework!
     

Please make sure that your child has a 4th grade level book, of their choice, 
in their desk at school at all times.  This is a book that they can read when 
they have a few minutes of free time during the day.  This was mentioned in 
the letter mailed out in August.

Kindly make sure that all supplies mentioned in the August letter have been 
sent in to school.  Some students still need to bring in their crayons and 
colored pencils.  Thank you!

Friday- computer lab

If you forget to bring in your homework on the day that it is due, 
please bring it in the next day.  If you do this on the next day, you will 
get partial credit.  If you do not do this on the second day, you will be 
unable to get any credit.  

The 4th grade extra Math support group will be held on Thursdays from 8:15-
8:45 in room 204.  It starts this week! They will work on the basic math 
skills and math facts needed for whatever math unit we are in at the time.  
They also review for quizzes and tests.  Please see that your child goes as 
often as possible.

To make it easier for the cafeteria, please send in lunch ticket money on
