Hi everyone,

We need your help! The RMS staff would like your input as we look toward the future of reporting academic strengths and challenges to you about your child.

To that end we have created a short, eight question anonymous, survey to collect data. We are looking to understand what information you, as parents, value in the report cards and the process of reporting grades. Please use the link below to complete the survey.

TARDINESS

School begins @ 7:35AM each day and ends @ 2:10PM. Students are allowed three unexcused tardies per quarter. These are for such things as alarm clocks that didn't go off, car keys that can't be located, cars that won't start, etc. Tardiness is excused only in the case of illness, medical appointments, or family emergencies. After the third unexcused tardy, detention will be assigned. Please make every effort to assure your student arrives to school on time.

Absences & Tardiness

Parents are reminded that local and state laws require a note when a student is absent from school. Students should return to school with a note stating the date and reason for the absence and signed by a parent/guardian. The same is true when a student comes to school late. Parents who call the school in the morning to report an absence do NOT need to follow-up with a note. THANKS!
