tomorrow. This is a monthly event for you to sit and read with your child.
It typically is from 8-8:20 or so.
Please let Mrs. Haynes know (in cc: above) if you cannot come and she will
find someone to read with your child.
Also, can I ask for a volunteer to send out these monthly reminders?

We are a few days out from the annual great event - the Halloween Fair! AND
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
There are plenty of opportunities to run a booth (particularly in the later
time slots like 6:30 - 8pm) or to help clean up after the fair (8 - 9pm ish).
Please know this is a 100% parent run event, and this is crunch time for us in
the recruiting department!

Halloween Fair Volunteer Recruiter :)

Hello,
As you many of you know, one of the most popular Runkle community events is
the Halloween Fair. This year's is being held on Friday, October 21st. This
is a 100% parent volunteer run night...and we need over 100 of you to make up
that 100%!
There are lots of options for things to do: set up, clean up, baking in
advance, running a game, selling tickets/food or face painting...and the list

We will be your Room Parents for Mrs. Haynes class. Our role is to be the
liaison between Mrs. Haynes and all of you. We will help her communicate
class information and general school information as well. Feel free to

I am Keliana's mom. Keilana has 2 older brothers, Kirin (4th grade) and Kai
(3rd grade) who were both lucky enough to have Mrs. Haynes for Kindergarten!
I was Mrs. Haynes' room parent when Kirin was in her class, too. I am also a
member of the School Council and am co-chair of the Annual Fund which is
Runkle's fundraiser. You'll be hearing a lot more about that soon :) I'm
looking forward to meeting all of you and your Kindergarteners, too!
