It was wonderful year with your children. Thank you so much for
sharing them with me. We will spend any time this week that is not set aside
for end of the year activities to wrap up our math, religion, and handwriting.
The children will finish up a few water cycle projects we have begun in science
as well. Tuesday afternoon will be movie time in third grade. The entire
third grade will get to watch the movie Mr. Aijala made of them presenting their
living biographies. Wednesday the entire school will be sharing fun and frolic
at Beach Day. The children will be allowed to dress down in shorts and tee
shirts. Please make sure girls do not wear spaghetti straps and boys do not
wear muscle shirts. We also ask that your child do not wear flip flops, but
instead wears shoes that are easy to play in such as sneakers. Bathing suits
will not be permitted. Thursday will be Board Game Day in third grade. The
children are allowed to bring in a board game from home and the two classes will
be playing them throughout the day. Friday is a half day, and dismissal will be
at 11:00. Of course we will end our year in prayer, with an all school mass
beginning at 10:00. Please feel free to join us. I wish you all a safe and
