About Me

      	I began my teaching career twenty-two years ago in Winchester, MA, after earning my M.Ed. from 
Lesley College.  Then I moved to Scottsdale, AZ, where I taught a bilingual Spanish/English third grade 
for five years.  Before returning to New England, I also taught both ESL and a regular third grade for a 
few years in Burlingame, CA, just outside of San Francisco.
        When I first came to Schofield School, I taught fifth grade for four years.  Nine years ago, I made 
the switch to second grade.  I love working with this age group and I truly enjoy our curriculum!
