Play outside EVERY day that the weather allows you to!! Exercise your body
as well as your brain!!
Homework packets will be sent home to go along with our Literacy program.
These only take 5-10 minutes a night to complete. Please do on a daily basis
as skills are introduced in a particular order in this program. Thank you~
your child will benefit from this and it will help keep you informed of the
skills we are working on in the classroom.
Remember to READ or be read to EVERY DAY! See how many new books you
can read or listen to. Here are some suggestions of things to do after the
story: * draw a picture of your favorite part of the story.
* be a letter detective and look for letters that you know
* look for the sight words that we've done in school
* discuss the characters, setting of the story or draw them.
