Each Monday, I send home a homework packet which is due on Friday. It consists of math practice
problems. In addition, you will have some pages in your spelling workbook to do. These are also due
on Friday.
There will be a spelling test each Friday.
I will announce any long-term projects in my weekly newsletter, "Room 12 News," in the announcement
section of this web page. Also students will be responsible for recording long-term assignment due
dates in their agendas. Occasionally students will have classwork to finish for homework; this should
be listed in their agendas as well.
Please remember to read at least 30 minutes per night! Also please either keep a book in your desk to
read or bring your book that you're reading back and forth to school with you so you can read it during
our independent reading block.
