homework cannot be made up. We check homework on a daily basis and then
discard it. Homework that is lost or forgotten cannot be made up.

FROM MRS. CASHA & MRS. MURPHY

Dear 4th Grade Parents,

We would like to take this opportunity to share our concern of student
allergies in the 4th grade. There are many students allergic to peanuts,
grains, fruits, raw vegetables, dairy products, and latex.
To ensure our students continue to stay free of allergic reactions, we expect
the students to follow certain rules:
1) Pencils used in math class are in a basket. Room 410 needs to use
latex free pencils. If the student has the wrong type of pencil during math
class, I will remind the student to take a latex free pencil from the pencil
basket. We also are using latex free erasers.
2)	All snacks for recess are not to be opened until the students are
outside. If there is indoor recess, students should alert teacher if their
snacks contain any of the above products so the student with the allergy is
not nearby.
3)	Parents may not bring in birthday/holiday goodies without advance
permission from the teacher. If approved, items need to be peanut-free. If
you are unable to guarantee this, the treat will not be distributed.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation to this matter.
