Dear Parents,
It is hard to believe that November is already upon us. We would like to
express our gratitude to all of parents who donated or helped with our
Halloween party. Special thanks are imparted to Mrs. Schwarz and Mrs.
Tasiopoulos who so graciously coordinated all of the treats for this
occasion. The children had a wonderful time!
Next week we are beginning a unit on families. We would like to decorate
our “front door” with photographs of the different families in our class.
Also, we are sending home a project called “All About My Family”. This
family assignment includes completing the attached “family booklet”. We
invite you and your child to be as creative as possible. Feel free to be
imaginative when filling out this book. We ask that you cut out each page
and staple them together to make a finished booklet that your child can share
with peers. This project should be completed and returned to school by
November 9th.
Kindly be on the lookout for an additional family project that is on the
way. As always, thank you so much for supporting your child’s learning!
