You can control, alt, delete on a PC - on a MAC opion, apple, escape. End the task or force quit the application. If that does not work unplug the computer and wait 10 minutes and startup again.Back to Top

Make sure the monitor is turned on. Check the surge protector light is on. Check all cables connections to and from each component, they sometimes become loose. If the steps above do not solve the problem, insert a boot disk & restart the machine. A diagnostic program such as Norton utilities has an emergency boot disk. Boot disks can be created in Microsoft Windows by selecting Add/Remove Programs from the Control Panel.Back to Top
