ST. FRANCIS XAVIER SUMMER READING LIST

I hope you have a very happy and safe summer.  On a hot summer’s day when you sit poolside or at the beach or outside on a cool evening, remember your summer reading assignment.

Students in grades 6, 7, and 8 are required to read three books. All middle school students will read the BYSTANDER by James Preller. From your grade’s list, you must read the (*) book and then select one other to read from your list. The book with the “*” you must read. You are to choose one other text from your grade’s list below. No abridged versions will be accepted as books read.  These books may be obtained at your local library or in a book store.

I will give you worksheets for your reports sometime during the first week of school in August.
