Dear Parents, Next week we start off thinking about Saint Valentine and how he shared his knowledge of God's love with others through letters. That is why we have valentines. Your child can bring in Valentines for their classmates. We are making our own valentines for our families. By the end of the week, we are learning about our first presidents and talking about what we plan on doing during vacation. On Friday, February 17, is Show and Tell the letter of the week is Oo. Please help your child bring in something that starts with Oo. In closing I'm ending on discipline, I am implementing an immediate response to disruptive behavior in the classroom. There is not the stop light chart of green, yellow, and red but an immediate time out. The children age 4 have four minutes and children age 5 have five minutes.
