Throughout the year, the P.T.O. will sponsor various events as fundraising
activities. These funds are use for projects and materials that are
important
for the academic and social advancement of our students.
During the 2008/2009 school year, our PTO has contributed over $3,300.00 to
various projects, initiatives, supplies and improvements.
These numbers include the new telephonic broadcasting system, new tables for
the gym, student scholarships, gym equipment, a white board, field trips to
the Providence Zoo, the New Bedford Ocean Explorium and an onstage production
of "Annie", writing boards, funding the Cold Blooded Pets event, bus fare for
field trips and other events such as the Boo Hoo Breakfast and Teacher
Appreciation Week. In addition to the amount and items noted above,
refurbishment work has begun onstage and it has been painted and the main
