Kindergarten is a year of change and new beginnings - new room, new friends,
new skills and new challenges.
In Pre-K you learned about God and the Sunday Gospel in your Seeds program.
We will continue with the the next level which is called the Promise program
as part of our religion classes.
Letters and sounds and learning to put them together to begin reading our pre-
decodable and decodable books is a very important part of each morning.
We will be exploring our universe in science. Math manipulatives will be used
to learn about numbers and concepts.
Of course there will be morning calendar, playtime, lunch, music, art,
computer lab, library and physical education.
The most important thing you can do as a parent is to read aloud to your
child everyday.
