I believe it is important to create an environment where students feel welcome and safe . Children will 
practice becoming motivated learners who are encouraged to take risks. I want each child to understand 
that it is okay to make mistakes. Every mistake made creates an opportunity to learn.  I encourage each 
child to grow socially and academically and develop a lifelong love of learning!
