I've been the Marketing Education Supervisor  and DECA Advisor here at 
Taunton High School since 1989.  Prior to that I worked at BMC Durfee High 
in Fall River with Jobs For Bay State Graduates.
 
  Some folks might remember me as the DECA Advisor at Bristol/Plymouth 
Regional Technical School in the late 1970's.  I also worked for 7 years at 
FOSTER'S MEN'S CLOTHING STORE on Taunton Green.  Those two jobs actually 
helped me get my Certification to teach Marketing Education.
 
   I've been involved in various activities in the Taunton area for many 
years. I served on the Taunton School Committee for 4 years.  I was involved 
with the Taunton Jaycees, People For The Arts, Inc., The Miss Taunton 
Scholarship Pageant, and WPEP-AM Radio.
 
 Some folks remember "Travelin' Tony's Disco and Oldies Show", while others 
might remember my Cable TV program, "The Beat", or Youth Groups that I've 
led in local Churches.
 
  I have a B.S. Degree from U-MASS Dartmouth and an M.A. from Providence 
College, and numerous Graduate credits in various Education Courses.
 
I hold the following Education Licenses from the Mass. Dept. of Education:
     * Marketing Education
     * Vocational Technical Supervisor/Director

Mission For The Class

Ironically the Four Points of the DECA Diamond match the "Mission of Taunton 
High School".

The last line of the JAYCEE CREED has deep meaning for me.

  "SERVICE TO HUMANITY IS THE BEST WORK OF LIFE".
