The following are the assignments for the week of 9/14/09-9/18/09
1) Students are to finish up Scavenger Hunt, Student Inventory, and Writing
Prompts.
2)Students are to work on Computer Education-Computer Hardware Worksheet.
Students can use www.webopedia.com or CT Training glossary to define terms.
Wednesday, September 15th - Friday, September 18th:
1) Students are to complete Lesson 3, The Internet and Research worksheet.
Students should type out questions and answers in Microsoft Word. Students
should save file as "Lesson 3, The Internet and Research worksheet," Students
should use their Computer Concepts Basics Textbook to obtain the answers.
(pages 51-72)
2) Students that have completed the above assignment should work on the
Vocabulary Review and Review Questions on page 73-74. These assignments
should also be typed out in Microsoft Word.
3)Critical Thinking page 75.
4) Reminder Quiz on Monday, review today.
The following are the assignments for the week of 9/21/09-9/25/09
1) Students are to review for Quiz on lesson 3 today.
2) After quiz student should finish start vocabulary on Lesson 4, page 91.
3) Students that have completed the above assignment should work on the
Vocabulary Review for lesson 4 on page 91. These vocabulary terms should be
typed out in Microsoft Word.
4) Computer labels worksheet - use www.webopedia to define these terms. Save
file as "Computer labels worksheet."
5)Using www.kids-online.net, you are to draw and label the inside of a
computer in Microsoft Paint.
6) Using www.kids-online.net, you are to complete, label the inside of a
computer, and components on the motherboard.
7) Projects: Math, Language Arts, Web, and Teamwork. Use Micorosoft word to
complete these projects.
8) Quiz Friday on Computer Labels.
The following are the assignments for week of 9/28/09-10/2/09:
1) Lesson 4, review questions. Students are to type out questions and answer
in Microsoft Word.
2) Lesson 4 Projects at end of chapter 4. Students are to complete Math,
Language Arts, Web, and Teamwork projects on page 92. Students should also
use Micorosoft word to complete these projects.
3) Students are to complete Critical Thinking page 92.
4) Students are to start the inside of a computer 3-D model. Student are to
refer to www-kids-online.net

1) Students are to continue working on the inside of a computer 3-D model.
Student should to refer to www-kids-online.net for a visual representation.
2) Career Plan Project including PowerPoint presentation

1) Students are to work on Cross-Curricular-Mathematics project and Cross-
Curricular-Science project on page 118. Students should use Microsoft Word
to complete both projects.
2) If students complete both projects listed in #1, students should work on
