BEST STIR-FRY IN TOWN:
1. WASH THOSE HANDS!
2. Preheat wok or big skillet
3. Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces: carrots, scallions, peppers, broccoli, green beans, pea pods, cabbage.
4. Chop chicken and marinate in teriyaki sauce.
5. Heat olive oil.
6. Quickly stir fry meat first. Then, add veggies... keep those spatulas moving! Food should not sit... it should fly!
7. Add spices and sauces at the last minute: We use garlic powder and SoyVay sesame teriake sauce.
8. Enjoy over steamed brown rice! Challenge!
