How do I get an answer to a particular question that I have?

You can email me (probably the easiest/quickest way of
communication for me)- fitzpatrickk@k12.waltham.ma.us -
or send a letter in with your child. My school voice mailbox,
which is checked daily, is at 781-314-5740, extension 7362.

How can I volunteer in the classroom?

Our class loves to have guest readers! Also, if you have a
special project
that you would like to work on with the class, just let me know!
*** Any adult that will be spending a substantial amount of time
with the students (Media Center volunteer, field trip chaperone)
will require a criminal background check (CORI).

Do you need anything for the classroom?

We are always accepting donations :) The class is always in need
of tissues, baby wipes, glue sticks, and stickers. We usually
have enough to get by, but these are items that are used daily
and diminish quickly!!
***Check out our classroom WISH LIST!

Can I send a treat in for my child's birthday/special occasion?

Due to the new Nutrition Policy adopted by the Waltham Public
Schools in May of 2004, we ask that parents refrain from
celebrating students' birthdays in school with food. Some
suggestions: send in a pencil for each student or
volunteer to read to the class on your child's birthday!
***This does not mean that we will NEVER have any class treats.
They will, however, be somewhat limited.
