Hello 5th Graders!
Welcome to our class website! It has been a great first week in room 211! We started the school year off by jumping right into our math curriculum, looking at math number puzzles and machines. We also managed to complete our class puzzle in 40 minutes! Great Team Work!! Our first writing assignment is getting underway. I am excited to see the information the students are gathering about one another in our profile/interviewing writing project. Soon we will be learning more about literature circles and meeting with our reading groups! We will also start our science unit about weather! I can already tell this is going to be a great year!
