I earned my Master's in Educational Technologies at Harvard University (thesis
pending) with a license in Instructional Technology.
My profession varies in job responsibilities, scope, and approach. Even in the
same district, the job is completely different. It is vital to build good
relationships with the teachers, be flexible, and continually learn.
I effectively address the needs of teachers and students by meeting with
teachers on an individual basis, discussing their needs, and providing ongoing
support. I successfully teach teachers how to improve practice and obtain new
technological skills. I empower teachers, engage students, and enhance
classroom instruction. Ultimately, I lead teachers one step closer to
providing an education worthy of 21st century learners.
My mission is to improve teacher practice by teaching students, teachers, and
specialists how to effectively integrate technology into their specific
curriculum.
