Ghosts of Lexington Past
     Join costumed guides for a lantern lit "Old Burying Ground Graveyard-
Tour" and learn something about the great people of Lexington's past.  
Recommended for those 5 years old and up, costumes are encouraged.  Meet the 
guides in the Depot on Saturday, October 30th, at 6:15 P.M.  Everyone will 
set out from there by foot accompanied by the Fife and Drums.  Refreshments 
will be served upon return.  Make reservations by calling the Lexington 
Historic Society @ 781-862-1703.  Adults $8/Children $5.  Reservations are 
required as space is limited.



Spellman Museum of Stamps and Postal History - 235 Wellesley St., Weston:  
781-768-8367, 
www.spellman.org --- Quoting Nickolodeon's web site, "One of the three Best 
Museums for Children 
in the Boston Metro Area."   The museum's Education Director explains, "The 
museum is appealing to 
children and includes anyting to do with sending the mail."  The Museum is 
open noon to 5 p.m., 
Thursday to Sunday.  The admission for children under 16 is free and AAA 
members receive a 
discount.

Drumlin Farm - Open Tuesday through Friday, and on Monday holidays year-
round.  Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.  There are so 
many, many things to see you will probably want to go back another day.  
Upcoming special programs include:  Saturdays, 12/5 & 1/16, Cheesemaking -- 
Friday, 12/18, Winter Solstice -- Saturday, 2/6, Backyard Sugaring.  Check

     -- A great children's clothing resale shop.  I learned of this while 
accompanying my daughter as she shopped for a Christmas dress for 4 month old 
Bridget.  We bought 2.  They have a very, very well stocked shop and the 
prices are really, really reasonable.  They have just about any type of 
clothing imaginable, and also shoes, boots, jackets, snowsuits,  strollers,
