CLASSROOM ALLERGY INFORMATION
This year, 3-W is a nut-restricted classroom.
Students in our class have life threatening allergies to peanuts and nuts. It
is imperative that allergic children not come in contact with any form of
peanut or nut product. That being said:
*Please send only peanut-free and nut-free snacks and lunches. If a
label reads “may contain peanuts”, it is a potential threat.
*If a product is not labeled, please assume that it is NOT safe.
*If you send any food to the classroom to be shared with the entire
class, if possible, please send a list of ingredients or the package.
*If your child had food that contained peanuts prior to school, please
have your child wash his/her hands, face and teeth before coming to
school.

a situation that must be taken seriously to allow for a safe and healthy
