| To register for Prince George's County Public Schools for the 2008 -
2009 school year, the following documents will be needed at the time of
registration:
birth certificate
immunization records
proof of residence (lease, deed, settlement papers)
last report card
any other important school records, which you may have, necessary for
accurate placement of your child (such as, I.E.P., test results, etc.)
