What will we be learning about this year in science class?

Throughout the year we will be practicing the skills and 
processes of science.

In 7th grade Life Science, the Units will be:
Investigating the Nature of Living Things
Investigating Human Biology
Investigating Genetics
Investigating Evidence of Change
Investigating Ecology

How should I organize my science notebook?

It is very important to keep a well organized binder.

Can I turn homework in late?

It is important to do homework on time as a way to practice what 
we are learning in class.  Homework will not be accepted late for 
credit, but it will be changed from "missing" to "handed in late" 
on teacherease.

Can I turn classwork/projects in late?

Classwork and projects will be accepted late.  However, 10% will 
be deducted for every class period it is late.
