Ms. Jane Mooney:
Mr. Tom Bowen:
Mr. Bowen graduated from Loyola College in Maryland with a M.Ed. in School Counseling in January of 2005. He has an Associates of Arts from Carroll Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University. Prior to entering graduate school, Mr. Bowen, who is a certified public accountant, worked in the tax practice of a large accounting firm as a tax specialist. In his spare time, Mr. Bowen enjoys traveling, working on his house, and exercising.
Ms. Rachel Schwaab:
Ms. Schwaab is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in mathematics. Ms. Schwaab earned her Masters of Science in School Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2005. She has been a classroom teacher for 7 years with experience in elementary and middle schools in Montgomery and Howard Counties.
Ms. Margaret Shomali:
Ms. Shomali is a graduate of McGill University in Canada and Loyola College of Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Shomali earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Education while attending McGill University. She also earned a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology while attending McGill University and a Masters degree in School Counseling while at Loyola University. Ms. Shomali is currently a member of the American Counseling Association.
Ms. Lisa Sivell:
Ms. Sivell earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree with a certification in Specific Learning Disabilities from Fairmont State University in 1985. She earned a Masters of Education degree in Guidance and Counseling from Bowie State University in 1996. Ms. Sivell taught one year in West Virginia before moving to Maryland and taught Special Education at Meade High School for ten years before being hired as a counselor there. She was a counselor at Meade for four years and then transferred to Northeast High School to be the counselor/case manager for the Maryland's Tomorrow Program. After two years the program ended and Ms. Sivell was hired in Northeast's counseling department where she worked one year before being hired at Hammond. |
