If I am absent where can I find the work I missed? There is a bin in the back of the classroom. Students can find worksheets from days they were absent in that bin. Am I responsible for drills and homework if I am absent? Yes, it is your responsibility to make-up the work you missed. There is a drill book next to the missing worksheet bin. The drill book contains a photocopy of the drills from each day. On the same sheet as the drill you will find the homework that you missed. How often are drills collected? Drills are usually collected every other week. What should my drill sheets look like? You should have your name and class section on the upper right hand corner of your drill sheet.Your drills must be numbered to receive full credit. You should continue using the same sheet of paper until the paper is full. Do I have to participate in the Science Fair? Every GT student is required to complete a Science Fair Project. When is the Harper's Choice Science Fair? The Harper's Choice Science Fair will be announced as soon as possible. Almost all tests consist of both multiple choice and short answer (brief constructed response) questions. This year's quarter When is the Howard County Science Fair? I will announce the Howard County Science Fair date as soon as I know the date. What is Ms. Berman's e-mail address? Those students who win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the Harper's Choice Fair will automatically be sent to the county fair. The 3 honorable mentions will also attend. Any other student who wishes to participate should ask me to sponsor them. |
