This is my 10th year teaching at Harper's Choice Middle School. I
taught 8th Grade Science in Baltimore County before coming here. I am
very happy to be teaching a subject I truly love (and want you to love
also) in the city where I live and where my children all went to school. I
love to travel, read, and being at the beach. I have two birds and a cat - and
once had 3 dogs.I have six fabulous grandchildren: Carrie, Tori, Jake, Gabe,
Anna, and Lauren.
I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland,
College Park and my master's degree from Goucher College.
Students will use scientific inquiry and scientific knowledge to
provide an explanation of occurrences in the natural world. Students will
become aware that science is a never-ending process of discovery,
interpretation, and evaluation.
