About The Teacher

Mr. Davis has been teaching theater and English for 11 years, and is in his 
fifth year at Howard High. He grew up on Long Island, and he received his 
Bachelor's degree in World Literature from the State University of New York, 
and his Master's in Education from Towson University. 

Between obtaining his degrees, Mr. Davis worked as a professional singer and 
actor in well over thirty different musicals and comedies, and even sang on 
two cruise ships. He has also directed over twenty plays. He brings a 
wealth of first hand knowledge to his theater classes.

Currently residing in Ellicott City, Mr. Davis is hard at work finishing the 
third of his trilogy of High Fantasy novels, "The Heroes of the Swords."

Mission For The Class

Mr. Davis has a simply put, yet sometimes difficult to obtain goal for his 
students every day: To leave the room a little smarter than they were when 
they entered. Sounds simple?
